How do I get free shipping?

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous U.S. locations. Free shipping is applied to the order subtotal after any promo code discounts (before oversized item fees, shipping fees, and taxes). Very large or heavy items may incur a $15 oversized item fee.

Where do you ship in the U.S.?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Most orders in the continental U.S. arrive within 3 to 7 business days of payment processing. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take longer. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, freight forwarder addresses, or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping costs are determined by the destination, shipping method, and item size. You can see shipping charges in your shopping cart.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order anytime by signing in to your account on kidcraftjoy.com.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Items may ship separately from different locations. Parts of your order may arrive at different times but within the expected delivery window.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most items ship within one business day of payment processing.

What is the oversized item fee?

Very large or heavy items are subject to a $15 oversized item fee.

What is your return policy?

You have 90 days from receipt to return items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained via our website. We do not offer gift exchanges. Refunds exclude shipping charges, and there are no restocking fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping using a carrier with tracking. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the return.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return. Processing time by your bank may vary.
